Four years ago, Callaway built a large outdoor kitchen, patio, and pergola for our home. The results were beautiful, and though there were a few issues, they responded and fixed the problems. Recently, we put our home on the market and I think that the addition of the patio/kitchen helped sell it quickly. However, when the inspector came he found that the wiring/electrical to the patio was deficient and we would have to call a master electrician to redo the wiring. I called Callaway, not really expecting them to do anything after four years, but I wanted them to know about the issue. Sharon Callaway asked me to send the inspection report to show what was wrong, which I did. She called me back the same day, sent out a certified electrician the next day who told me what needed to be done, and said the cost would be $450. The following day Callaway sent the electrician who fixed the problem, and Callaway paid for the work. We were truly amazed at the responsiveness of this company. We had no warranty from them to fix a four-year-old problem. But they stood behind their product. I think if you are looking for a company you can trust, go no further! Unfortunately, it is rare these days to see folks take responsibility for their actions. Thank you Callaway for fixing the problem instead of trying to find a way out! Your honesty and integrity should get you far in this business, and I will recommend you highly to anyone I know who needs your service.

Brett and Ron and their team did a great job on our backyard! They installed a paver deck, landscaped beds, sprinklers, French drain and new grass. Large job and with rain delays they took the time to get it done right! Used them 4 years ago also for the front yard. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

I contacted Brett Callaway in the Spring to request a quote on hardscaping my backyard. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and he was very helpful with suggestions. <br>Ron Reed was the supervisor for the job and he also made helpful suggestions. He worked alongside his son, Alex Mallick, as well as stonecutters to install a Bergerac circle surrounded by paver blocks in various colors and sizes. The overall effect is exactly what I wanted.<br>Ron was very detail oriented and took special care to make sure that there would be proper drainage in heavy rainstorms. It was very dry during the time of the installation so he returned a few weeks later, after we have been receiving a lot of rain, to make sure that all was well and draining properly. I am quite pleased with both the service and the hardscaping project and would use them again for similar projects.

I had an old rotten trellis removed and the entire flower bed redone. It made the front of my home look so much better. They were on time and the project didn't take long. They used strong healthy plants that all made it through the winter freezes here in Houston.

We used Callaway to re-landscape the beds in our front and back yards which had suffered damage from this winter's hard freeze. The owner came out promptly to do the estimate, made good suggestions for replacements and improvements and provided us with a reasonable estimate. His crew maintained good communication throughout the 4 days it took to complete the work. We added on some last minute sod replacement and they completed that within the original timetable as well. We're very pleased with the results.

They did an excellent job helping me choose which plants were to be installed, they were careful about harming the grass in the yard, they had ample workmen so that the job was finished in a expeditious manner, and they were polite in our conversations. We have had the pleasure of working with Callaway Outdoor Designs for several years. They truly do it all and at reasonable rates. At our new home they put in retaining walls for a serious drainage problem, new sod placement, stone wall enclosure around a patio, pavers, mosquito misting system, gutters with leaf screens, circle driveway in the front yard , tree removals, leveling of the acreage and a gas line. In addition, they put in a full irrigation system covering over two acres and custom landscaping that enhanced the beauty of our property.
